Over the years, Wendy has worked as an evaluation consultant, facilitator, and strategist with an extensive array of grant making and operating foundations, and program providers, including most recently the Jim Joseph Foundation, the Steinhardt Foundation for Jewish Life, Hillel International, and the innovative OneTable and Honeymoon Israel initiatives. With the opening of our office in Israel, Wendy and the firm have also begun working closely with the Jewish Agency for Israel, the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC), and others on a number of research, evaluation, and strategy consulting projects.

For nearly a decade, Wendy was a member of the senior staff at JESNA, the Jewish Education Service of North America. Before joining the JESNA Berman Center staff in 1999, Wendy served as Associate Director of the Conference on Rabbinic Education. Wendy holds a Ph.D. in Education from Stanford University, an MA in Jewish Education from the University of Judaism (now AJU), and a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University.
